I was in a situation similar to yours 6 months ago, but instead I was amazed with the demo of Forza Horizon 3 (you should try it too), I played the demo of FH4 and it was fine, but at the moment I tried it my interest wasn't enough, I readed in some reddit comment about someone prefering FH3 over FH4, I liked his explanation and I thought why not give it a chance, no regrets, I prefer this one over FH4 too. There is also Forza Motorsport 7 for PC and you can try it 4 hours free. If you are really really interested in buying this premium DLC your only way is found some code in the internet and buy it, it will probably be overpriced, the original price was around 15 euros.
